How can I find the price and availability of an item?

Enter the part number or a description into the search bar at the top of the screen. This will bring up all possible matches to your search. Select the item you are looking for from the list, enter the quantity you wish to purchase and click “ADD”. You can then view your basket to find the price and availability information.

What shipping methods are available?

Shipping methods are available when placing an order through a drop-down menu. This menu will allow you to select the appropriate method.

How long will delivery take if the item is shown as “Available for back order” ?

If you place an order for items that are not available at the time of purchase, delivery will be dependent on manufacturer lead-times. We will acknowledge your order and will provide an estimated delivery date.

How long will delivery take if the item is in stock?

We aim to deliver your item within 1-3 working days. If we are shipping your item through a courier, orders must be placed by 3pm and delivery will be confirmed upon receipt of order. If you have any questions regarding lead times, need same day or timed next day deliveries, please contact the sales team.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments through Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards.

Can I change my order?

After the order has been placed, it cannot be amended through the website. Please contact sales via email or telephone to discuss your options for this.

Do I need an account to place an order?

There is no requirement for a customer account to place an order.

How do I track the progress of my order?

Please contact our sales team to discuss the progress of your order after confirmation has been received.

How can I return a product?

Order returns must be requested via email or telephone, in which you will be requested to fill out a form to assess if the item is able to be returned.

How do I place an order?

After finding the product you need, make sure to enter the correct quantity required and add to basket. This will prompt you to either view your basket or go direct to checkout. From here, follow the steps provided to fill out the necessary information to place your order.
